Delivering a brief speech at the event, Supreme Court of Appeals Chief Prosecutor Muhsin Şentürk thanked those who contributed to the organization and addressed Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş as the "brave son of Ankara." In his speech, Şentürk stated the following:

"I would like to thank my esteemed Mayor Adem Ceylan, who organized these events and put in the effort here, our District Governor Soner Erol, and in his absence, I say it for the brave son of Ankara, our Mayor Mansur Yavaş, and everyone who contributed, individually."
