CHP Central Executive Board meets
The CHP Central Executive Board (MYK) has convened under the chairmanship of Chairman Özgür Özel.

The meeting at the party headquarters began at 18:30.
According to information obtained from CHP sources, Chairman Özgür Özel will provide a briefing at the MYK meeting regarding his visit today to former HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş and former Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Selçuk Mızraklı at the Edirne F-Type Prison where they are being held.
The MYK will also discuss Özel's upcoming visits to Diyarbakır, Batman, Mardin, Şırnak, Hakkari, and Van, scheduled for October 23-27.
The meeting is also expected to address the death of FETÖ ringleader Fetullah Gülen, the "newborn gang" investigation, constitutional efforts and related debates, the economy, domestic and foreign developments, and issues concerning the CHP parliamentary group meeting planned to be held in Antalya in November.
