CHP's Yavuzyılmaz on 'good news that burns pockets': Announces new price hikes
Deniz Yavuzyılmaz, CHP Deputy Chairman responsible for the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, issued a striking criticism regarding the latest natural gas price hike via his social media account.

Yavuzyılmaz, who actively uses his social media account and highlights the negative impacts of the AKP government on the national economy through his documented posts, addressed the natural gas price hike in his latest update.
Reminding that a significant hike in natural gas prices occurred just one month after AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan announced the 'good news' of a natural gas discovery, Yavuzyılmaz announced that the government is preparing for further hikes in the coming days.
Stating that the 'good news' provided is negatively reflected in citizens' bills and is 'burning pockets,' Yavuzyılmaz used the following expressions:
"Tayyip Erdoğan gave the good news of a 75 billion m³ natural gas discovery, and 44 days later, natural gas was hiked once again!
With this hike, the natural gas bill for a family of 4 has risen from 1,462 TL to 1,822 TL.
Moreover, the government is preparing for new hikes in the coming days through tariff games, just as it did with electricity bills.
Whether it is minimum wage earners or retirees; the AK Party continues to load the bill of the crisis onto the citizens.
Good news is flying in the air, but bills are burning pockets more every day!"
