CHP's three-stage field study: New instructions issued to organizations

The CHP Headquarters plans to shape its new policy and discourse topics based on the results of the field studies that began on May 4. Reports to be prepared from the three-stage studies will be sent to Ankara by May 22.

In the party, which decided to hit the ground running following operations targeting CHP-run municipalities, Central Executive Board (MYK) members, Party Assembly (PM) members, deputies, heads of the Presidential Candidate Office Policy Boards, and provincial and district organizations began their work as of May 4. While the first stage took place on May 4-5, the program will continue on May 8-9 and May 15-16.

DEPUTIES ASSIGNED TO DIFFERENT PROVINCES

The CHP Group Presidency has assigned deputies to various provinces for today. The program for those serving in the MYK and the Presidential Candidate Office was announced as follows:

“Women's Branch Chair Asu Kaya-Hatay, Deputy Chair Responsible for Local Governments Gökan Zeybek-Balıkesir, Deputy Chair Responsible for Media and Public Relations Burhanettin Bulut-İzmir, Deputy Chair Responsible for Foreign Policy and Foreign Relations Namık Tan-Kocaeli, Deputy Chair Responsible for Nature Rights and Environmental Policies Evrim Rızvanoğlu-Rize, Head of the Labor and Social Security Policy Board Gamze Taşcıer-Mardin, Head of the Energy and Natural Resources Policy Board Ümit Özlale-Ordu, Head of the National Education Policy Board Suat Özçağdaş-Tekirdağ, Head of the Interior Policy Board Murat Bakan-Tokat, Head of the Health Policy Board Kayıhan Pala-Zonguldak.”

TARGET: 192 THOUSAND BALLOT BOX OFFICIALS

Özgür Özel announced that the 106 thousand ballot box officials registered in the CHP's “My Ballot Box” application will also begin field work. The Headquarters requested that organizations continue making assignments until the total number of ballot boxes is reached. It was stated that the target is the 192 thousand ballot box count from the last elections.

STUDIES WILL BE REPORTED

The results of the field studies will be compiled into reports and submitted to the Headquarters. According to the instructions sent by the General Secretariat, the outputs of the three-stage studies will be forwarded to Ankara no later than May 22.

The reports will include strategic assessments derived from the meetings, as well as political and communication recommendations for the groups interviewed. It was stated that the CHP Headquarters considers these reports important for developing discourse and determining new policy topics.
