CHP to announce its candidates
Nearly 250 mayoral candidates are expected to be announced at the Party Assembly meeting to be held tomorrow at the CHP Headquarters.

There is approximately 3 months left until the elections. Election preparations have also accelerated within the CHP. The CHP Party Assembly will meet tomorrow at 17:30 with a local election agenda. During the meeting, mayoral candidates for nearly 250 electoral districts will be determined.
The metropolitan municipalities of Adana, Mersin, Hatay, and Aydın will also be on the agenda at the Party Assembly. It is considered certain that the party will continue with the current mayors: Zeydan Karalar in Adana, Vahap Seçer in Mersin, and Özlem Çerçioğlu in Aydın. However, it remains uncertain whether the party will continue with Lütfü Savaş for Hatay.
Another Party Assembly meeting is planned for Tuesday in the CHP. It is expected that a portion of the remaining candidates will be announced at that meeting. On the other hand, some of the district candidates in Istanbul are also expected to be announced next week. The CHP will have announced all of its candidates by January 15 at the latest.
