CHP's Yücel: Don't Be Afraid, Ömer Çelik

In his response to AKP Spokesperson Ömer Çelik's remarks, CHP Spokesperson Deniz Yücel stated, "If Erdoğan's stance is so clear, why is he sitting at the same table as Trump, who told Netanyahu, 'You did a good job in Gaza, Bibi'? The praise you received from Trump, Netanyahu's close friend and accomplice, has made you dizzy and caused you to lose your ability to reason."

Stating that Özgür Özel's remarks have disturbed the ruling wing, Yücel said, "The AKP spokesperson said, 'Erdoğan's stance is clear. He does not accept being at the same table as Netanyahu.' We are also curious; if Erdoğan's stance is so clear, why is he sitting at the same table as Trump, who told Netanyahu, 'You did a good job in Gaza, Bibi'?"

Criticizing Erdoğan's silence toward Netanyahu and Israel, CHP Spokesperson Yücel said, "If Erdoğan's stance is so clear, why can he not say a single word about Netanyahu's show in the Israeli Parliament, his demeanor like a host at a wedding, or his being applauded standing for minutes? If Erdoğan is so clear and consistent, how were Rabia and Morsi forgotten so quickly? How did Sisi become a 'dear friend' so quickly?"

Yücel used the following expressions:

- "Don't be afraid, Ömer Çelik, questioning these is not 'political tabloid.' We are aware that the praise you received from Trump, Netanyahu's close friend and accomplice, has made you dizzy and caused you to lose your ability to reason.

- But the people of Gaza, who have been subjected to genocide, condemned to hunger for months, and are now beginning to return to their ruined cities, expected you to uphold their dignity a little bit.

- We will continue to stand by the Palestinians who have been suffering for years. You continue to bask in Trump's praise and pursue your 'Televole' style of politics!"
