New details continue to emerge regarding the meeting held on December 28 between DEM Party members Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Pervin Buldan, who went to Imralı following the call by MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, and terrorist leader Abdullah Öcalan.

It is claimed that during his meeting with the Imralı delegation, Öcalan conveyed messages directed at DEM Party members of parliament.

According to a report by Gazete Duvar, terrorist leader Öcalan shared his assessments regarding the DEM Party MPs, whom he follows on various television channels, primarily the Parliament Television. Öcalan observed that DEM Party MPs focus predominantly on the Kurdish issue and criticized this situation.

Öcalan emphasized that the DEM Party should be a "party of Turkey," as was discussed during the founding of its predecessor, the HDP. He stated that MPs should not only focus on the Kurdish issue but also deliver speeches and conduct work that addresses the problems experienced by different segments of society.
