Claim that 'Chief Public Prosecutor's Office sent a letter to Istanbul University': Flash decision regarding İmamoğlu's diploma

The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has sent a letter to the Rectorate of Istanbul University for the cancellation of the undergraduate diploma Ekrem İmamoğlu obtained through an irregular lateral transfer.

According to the report by Sabah, the prosecutor's office requested that necessary steps be taken rapidly to ensure that İmamoğlu's continued use of the diploma, which he has submitted to important institutions such as the Supreme Election Council (YSK), does not create legal inconsistencies regarding future business and proceedings.

CANCELLATION REQUESTED

It was requested that the proceedings carried out by citing İmamoğlu's diploma as a basis be cancelled.
