Stating that parliamentary transfers may continue, Yakışıklı argued that the real surprise will take place on the metropolitan municipality front.

"ONE METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY WILL DEFINITELY SWITCH TO THE AK PARTY"

Making evaluations during a program he attended, Hacı Yakışıklı claimed that important political developments will occur through municipalities in the coming period.

Expressing that parliamentary transfers are also on the agenda, Yakışıklı said, "There will be parliamentary switches, but the real surprise is in the metropolitan cities. I won't give a name; you will definitely see one metropolitan city switching to the AK Party. One metropolitan city is certain."

Yakışıklı claimed that he received insider information that an opposition metropolitan municipality, whose name he did not share, would join the ranks of the AK Party.

SECOND METROPOLITAN MUNICIPALITY CLAIM ALSO COMES TO THE AGENDA

Hacı Yakışıklı also argued that the development in question might not be limited to a single metropolitan municipality.

Stating that claims regarding a second metropolitan municipality are also on the agenda, Yakışıklı expressed that there is no finalized process on this matter at the AK Party Headquarters level yet.

Yakışıklı used the following expressions in his evaluation regarding the second metropolitan municipality:

"Let me say that another metropolitan city has also come to the agenda. It has not been clarified at the headquarters yet, but it is being talked about a lot within the city. These things start in the city first, then go to the headquarters."
