WHAT DID NUMAN KURTULMUŞ SAY?
In his statement referring to Article 3 of the Constitution, Parliament Speaker Kurtulmuş said, "The state does not have a territory. The state does not have a nation." In a statement issued by the Istanbul Bar Association, they reacted by saying, "The first 3 articles of the Constitution are the foundation and the mortar of the Republic."
