Crisis erupts in IYI Party: 'Can a party be managed with a sense of revenge?'

IYI Party is not seeing calm waters following the resignation of two prominent figures from the party.
Sözcü columnist İsmail Saymaz brought up the allegation in his column today that Chairwoman Meral Akşener said of Sakarya Deputy Ümit Dikbayır and Ankara Deputy Adnan Beker, "Let them get lost!"

Furthermore, reporting that it is claimed that landline phones are being wiretapped within the IYI Party, Saymaz wrote, "At the center of the allegations is the rumor that one million TL was collected from each parliamentary candidate. It seems the waters in the IYI Party will not settle. A wave of resignations may hit the shore."
"CAN A PARTY BE MANAGED WITH ANGER?"
Writing that Ümit Dikbayır was accused by Akşener last week of 'having his bank accounts investigated and establishing financial relations with municipalities,' Saymaz reported that after this article, Dikbayır submitted a petition to the IYI Party's parliamentary group and disciplinary board to have the accusations investigated. Saymaz stated, "Dikbayır says he will wait until next week, and if there is no development, he will apply to the prosecutor's office to request an investigation into the allegations and will submit a petition to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) for his parliamentary immunity to be lifted."
Saymaz conveyed the following statements from Dikbayır regarding the matter:
"Can a party be managed with gossip and slander? They are managing the party with a sense of revenge. My forehead is clear, my head is held high. Akşener believed the allegations. I don't even understand how she believed them.
We put forward Yavaş and İmamoğlu as vice presidential candidates. We said, ‘Istanbul and Ankara are successful.’ How will we explain it now? I spent four years in Sakarya explaining what Yavaş did. How will this work? I don't find it right. We could have left the decision to the provinces. The provinces could have reached an agreement among themselves. Can a party be managed with ambition, a sense of revenge, and anger? It's a shame! I ask: Ankara, Istanbul… If these municipalities were not in the Nation Alliance, could October 29th have been celebrated like this?"
