Decision on the altercation at Tuzla Infantry School: Dismissal from the TAF decided
The Ministry of National Defense stated, "The Land Forces High Disciplinary Board has decided to 'dismiss from the Armed Forces' the personnel involved in the incident that occurred at the Infantry School Command on the 85th anniversary of the passing of Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, who were referred to the High Disciplinary Board."

An investigation was launched into personnel who did not wear a photograph of Atatürk on their lapels during the commemoration ceremony held on November 10 at the Infantry School Command on the anniversary of the death of Veteran Mustafa Atatürk, as well as other personnel who reacted to this.
'DISMISSAL FROM THE ARMED FORCES' DECISION
In the statement made by the Ministry regarding the investigation, it was said, "Within the scope of the administrative investigation launched regarding the incident that occurred at the Infantry School Command on the 85th anniversary of the passing of the founder of our Republic and our Eternal Commander-in-Chief Veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the Land Forces High Disciplinary Board has decided to 'dismiss from the Armed Forces' the personnel involved in the incident who were referred to the High Disciplinary Board, in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Turkish Armed Forces Disciplinary Law and the Regulation on Turkish Armed Forces High Disciplinary Boards, as well as other relevant legislation."
Stating that other processes will be carried out according to the documents and information to be obtained from the judicial process regarding the incident, the statement included the following: "There should not be the slightest doubt that in our Turkish Armed Forces, whose priority is to maintain established discipline, no person, incident, or situation that would shake its fundamental values, be contrary to discipline, or disrupt or potentially disrupt military hierarchy will be tolerated."
