DEM Party to visit CHP tomorrow

As the countdown to the March 31 Local Administration Elections begins, the traffic of visits between parties has accelerated.

The Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party (DEM Party) will visit the Republican People's Party (CHP).

LOCAL ELECTIONS EXPECTED TO BE ON THE AGENDA

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and his accompanying delegation visited the DEM Party on December 13. The DEM Party will now pay a return visit to the CHP on January 11.

The strategy to be implemented in the local elections is expected to be on the agenda during the meeting.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel visited the DEM Party on December 13 and held a meeting with the Co-Chairs.

In his statement after the meeting, Özel said, "I would like to express that we had a very productive and constructive meeting. Our dialogue and mutual discussions will continue in the coming processes. We believe that this dialogue and these discussions will make very important contributions to Turkey's democracy."

DEM Party Co-Chair Bakırhan had said, "Political parties solve problems through dialogue. In this process where so many problems are being experienced, opposition parties need this more. I hope they will continue the dialogue and negotiation process in the future. We welcome them."
