Dervişoğlu reacts to Erdoğan's alliance: 'This triple union...'

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu made statements in front of the Lausanne Monument alongside his party's Edirne Provincial Presidency. In the address, which saw high participation from members of the press and party members, Dervişoğlu targeted President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's recent remarks regarding the "Terror-Free Turkey" process.

REACTION TO "WE ARE WALKING THIS PATH AS A TRIO" REMARKS

President Erdoğan's remarks during his speech at the Kızılcahamam camp in Ankara today,

"We; the AK Party, the Nationalist Movement Party, and the DEM Party have decided to walk this path together as a trio. We have a concern. We are troubled..." drew a reaction from Dervişoğlu.

The İYİ Party leader described these words as "a product of political reckoning, not national unity."

"THE TURKISH NATION HAS NEVER FORGIVEN"

"They think they are untouchable and unaccountable due to the positions and titles they hold. The Turkish nation has never forgiven those who betrayed it. The Chairman of the AK Party, who has sworn an oath on the national identity of the Turkish State and on the material and spiritual existence of the Turkish nation that founded and saved it, should not be captivated by the spell of crowds who have lost their minds and applaud him in closed halls as if they were scenes from a humor magazine."

"The patience of the Turkish nation has finally worn thin. There are rules to being the leader of the Turkish nation, there are prices to be paid for being the leader of the Turkish nation, and the Turkish nation has never forgiven those who betrayed it."

"If the Turkish nation is to be reduced to a minority, soldiers who will say 'stop' to this must take the stage."

"Listen well, sir! Your conscience may be broad enough to repeatedly and heedlessly trample on the oath you took on your honor and dignity. We, however, cannot sink so low as to consent to this, remain silent, and become pawns in your fabricated history. We are the Turkish Nation."

"I am addressing the Turkish Nation; an option has been placed before us all, and this option has been declared by the AK Party Chairman. The path they have set out on, adding the wretches of Imralı and Kandil to the AK Party-MHP-DEM trio, has been described. This path is the so-called 'Terror-Free Turkey project,' the true genealogy of which we have been revealing for months."

Actually, what is happening is simple; it is the process of completing the Greater Middle East Project (BOP), which is being carried out under new guises and names, with new shares and new bargains. The essence of this process is clear: it is to de-Turkify Turkey, to impose partners on the Turkish homeland, and to completely sever Turkey from the Republic."
