Dervişoğlu’s reaction to PKK: 'They are declaring victory!'

İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu made a harsh statement regarding the terrorist organization PKK's decision to lay down arms and dissolve itself. Describing the organization's decision as a "declaration of victory," Dervişoğlu announced that they will hold this week's TBMM group meeting at Lausanne Park, located in Ankara's Çankaya district.

“THERE IS AN ORGANIZATION DECLARING ITS VICTORY”

Criticizing the PKK's statements and the allegations of constitutional changes that have come to the agenda in recent days, Dervişoğlu said, "The terrorist organization is declaring its victory; we will not allow the fundamental values of the state to be tampered with."

MEETING AT LAUSANNE PARK INSTEAD OF PARLIAMENT

The İYİ Party leader said, "We have decided to hold the group meeting we planned to hold at the TBMM this week at Lausanne Park, which bears the name of the Treaty of Lausanne, in order to protest all these events. We will be there on Wednesday at 12:00 PM."

Dervişoğlu made the following statement:

Balgat and its global partners have finally obtained today the declaration of results they were eagerly awaiting from the separatist terrorist organization's so-called congress.

The treacherous terrorist organization, which has built its existence and actions on the denial of the Turkish state, the Turkish nation, the Turkish flag, and the Republic of Turkey, and on the destruction of the great Turkish nation, its noble citizens, and social peace, has drawn the audacity for this betrayal and uprising, the likes of which have not been seen in our republican history, from this government and its partners.

The Republic of Turkey and the great Turkish nation do not and cannot accept this declaration of betrayal. The opposite situation would mean making the Turkish state reciprocal with the treacherous terrorist organization and surrendering to terror. For the government and its partners who rule the state, the name of this is now clearly betrayal.

The terrorist organization, which was brought to the point of collapse by the struggle of the heroic Turkish Armed Forces, our security forces, and our village guards in the region; unfortunately, has been made the winner of a war that does not exist and the actor of a peace that does not exist, through the lifelong presidency and political calculations of the government and its local partners, and the instructions and strategies of its global partners.

We understand from the statement made that; the PKK has not taken a step back from its goals and objectives.

I would especially like to underline that; Lausanne is the title deed of the Republic of Turkey.

In the statement; it is claimed that “the armed struggle waged against the denial policies of Lausanne has reached success.”

In such a situation, to the government and its shouters who can talk about success and good news,

as the children of the Turkish future, whose primary duty is to always protect and defend Turkish independence and the Turkish Republic, we ask; which article of Lausanne did you promise to breach to the terrorist organization that it is being said, “We succeeded against Lausanne.”

If a terrorist organization is declaring victory against Lausanne, those who manage the Turkish state and this process cannot escape being the perpetrators of the uprising.

Do you not see? The terrorist organization is declaring its victory. Do you not understand what you are reading?

If the winner is the PKK, the loser is the Turkish nation and the Republic of Turkey state.

The statements of the government spokespersons who lined up after this declaration are also a disaster for the mind.

The words of one of the President's advisors actually show what kind of betrayal we are facing.

To say for the terrorist organization's declaration; “It is the historical confirmation and declaration of the integration of Kurds with the Republic of Turkey state and the Turkish nation” is a bankruptcy of reason and conscience.

Because, the fact that our Kurdish brothers and sisters are honorable citizens of the Republic was already confirmed and declared on October 29, 1923, with the Republic.

Great Turkish nation;

Another question is the promise of freedom to the murderer of our children. One must also think about the following words uttered for the decisions taken at the illegal congress of the illegal organization.

It is requested that the terrorist leader conduct and direct the process, that the right to democratic politics be recognized, and that legal guarantees be provided. After this stage, it is requested that the Grand National Assembly of Turkey play its role.

I ask the government; if there is no bargaining, what does this mean? If you have bargained, will you give freedom to this scoundrel and allow him to engage in politics freely?

What is the responsibility that the Grand National Assembly of Turkey will take? Into what kind of trap do you intend to draw the supreme assembly?

Do not look at screen-saver words like Turkish-Kurdish brotherhood. A base organization that has fired bullets at brotherhood for 40 years cannot talk about brotherhood. Because it is treacherous.

At the point we have reached, we must be vigilant and especially follow, and even intervene in, the developments in northern Syria.

I ask the government clearly; while doing PR over the PKK internally, what do you think about the autonomous structure that the KCK-PKK-YPG established in Syria and declared in Qamishli on April 26?

The decisions taken in Qamishli on April 26, 2025, with the partnership of the USA, France, PKK-YPG, SDF, DEM Party, and Barzani are as follows:

Syria will be transformed into a decentralized structure.

Federal structures will be created, the state's name, flag, and national anthem will change.

The rights of PKK-YPG elements will be legally guaranteed.

Weren't you the conquerors of Syria? Weren't the KCK-PKK-YPG supposed to have laid down arms in Syria?

On the contrary, the YPG is being legitimized by being integrated into the Syrian state! This is not a surrender, it is an operation to turn the terrorist organization into a state!

If one of the sub-organizations of the KCK is the PKK, another element is the YPG-PYD. As the government of the Republic, what steps will you take regarding this?

What will you do against the terrorist state that the PYD-YPG is establishing in Syria under the shadow of American flags?

The meeting, which is a continuation of the KCK-YPG-PKK autonomous state structure declared in Syria on April 26, was held in Diyarbakır on May 10.

The decision text of the so-called Unity Initiative, in which 301 ethnic separatist parties and NGOs, primarily the DEM Party, participated, contains exactly the following expressions;

“They are congratulating all organizations, leaders, and institutions in the 4 parts of Kurdistan who contributed to this conference that paves the way for National Unity”

The declaration of overcoming the obstacles in front of the national unity of the 4-part Kurdistan is openly a delusion of the disintegration of the Republic of Turkey state.

I warn those who target the unitary and national state structure of the Republic state with these delusions; the fate of those who demand land from the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish nation is known in our historical record.

Presenting the terrorist organization's statement, which accuses the Republic of Turkey of genocide, as a success or good news is no longer just negligence and delusion, it is direct treason.

Whoever addresses and implicitly accepts this statement, which accuses the Turkish nation and the Republic of Turkey state of being genocidal, will definitely be held accountable before history and the nation.

Great Turkish nation;

I would like to state once again that; the process initiated by the AK Party government and its partner under the title of “Terror-Free Turkey” has turned into a dangerous uprising for the Turkish homeland and the Turkish nation today with the statement made by the terrorist organization and the “Democratic Politics” packaging.

At the point reached by the process that the President and his stakeholders defended as “the terrorist organization will lay down arms without any bargaining,” it has emerged that Turkey's present and future are the subject of bargaining.

I state with sadness that; we were proven right in the warnings we made and the questions we asked since the day they pressed the button.

We said there is bargaining, they shamelessly said there is not. They were right, there is no bargaining, there is direct surrender.

The path to freedom and politics will be opened for Öcalan. We said you cannot do this to the Turkish nation. They said “lie.” However, we understand from the statement that the terrorist organization is demanding and determined on this issue, and the government is looking for a residence for the terrorist leader.

We said “They dare to change the definition of the Turkish Nation.” They said there is no such thing. However, in the statement, we understand from the attacks on our title deed, Lausanne, that they have surrendered on this point as well.

It is said that “the armed struggle waged against the Treaty of Lausanne has reached its goal,” we see that they have surrendered here too.

Even if one knows they will be proven right, there are times when a person says “I hope it doesn't happen.” We are in those times. We knew we would be proven right. And we also know that; the pitch-black lies that the government and its partner have been telling for months are as clear as day today with the light of truth.

Because we know both the masters and the terrorist organization well. We know their reasons for existence well. The expressions targeting the Treaty of Lausanne, the title deed of the Republic of Turkey, show us that the powers, including the government, have lost all restraint.

I declare once again in the presence of the great Turkish nation; the Republic of Turkey belongs not to those who think they are managing it, but to the great Turkish nation, which is equipped with the passion to protect the Republic.
