Devlet Bahçeli targets the Constitutional Court: We will file a complaint

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli spoke at his party's group meeting. Reacting to the Green Left Party's participation in the presidential and parliamentary elections, Bahçeli targeted the Constitutional Court. 

Announcing that they would file a lawsuit against the Constitutional Court (AYM), Bahçeli targeted the president and members of the court, saying, "I ask you, when do you intend to see the scandals that are happening? The Constitutional Court building a bridge with Qandil and backing terrorists will never be compatible with the honor of law and democracy. What needs to be done is clear and obvious. Whatever party was established as a continuation of the HDP must be closed immediately," he said.

Responding to the question about "foreign soldiers" in the Syria motion directed at him by CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, Bahçeli stated, "You know very well that there is no such thing as illegitimate foreign boots stepping on Turkey; if it happens, we have only one life to give, we have one body that would need to be trampled, and may those be sacrificed a thousand times for the homeland and the nation." Bahçeli asked Kılıçdaroğlu, "Are you for or against maintaining our national security against potential future attacks from all terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, as well as other potential risks such as mass migration?"

"JERUSALEM IS ISLAMIC AND ALSO BEARS THE DEEP TRACES OF TURKISHNESS"

Speaking about the conflict between Israel and Palestine, Bahçeli said, “Jerusalem is Islamic and also bears the deep traces of Turkishness. The Mount of Olives, described in the famous work of the late Falih Rıfkı Atay, is in Jerusalem. Jerusalem is the honor lock of our sacred values. It does not go away by saying it is gone, it does not fall by saying it has fallen, and this scale cannot and will not bear the weight of saying it belongs to Israel.”

REACTION TO THE US MOVE IN THE EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN

Touching upon the US move in the Eastern Mediterranean, Bahçeli said, “The US sending aircraft carriers to the Eastern Mediterranean is a threat and irresponsibility that cannot be taken lightly. As a retaliation and response to this, Turkey's decision to hold a military exercise in the Eastern Mediterranean is a correct and courageous stance.”

"Until today, we have neither been spoiled by victory nor confused by defeat. We have engraved the words of the late Cemil Meriç, 'No victory brings what is hoped for, no defeat is absolute,' into our memory records. We know very well that a person who does not know their past, a society that does not know itself, and a nation that has turned its back on its history is like a dried branch.

The shifting power balances between civilizations, the influx of immigrants and refugees, the escalating xenophobia, and the global political arena, which is beginning to reshape itself along religious and cultural lines, make it urgent for Turkish nationalism to take stock of the situation. We continue our struggle with determination, knowing that the real dynamics of development lie in our national and spiritual source, by constantly renewing ourselves, remaining fresh at all times, and approaching uncontrolled waves of change with extreme caution, prudence, and vigilance.

"There are two political events ahead of us, and they are clear. The first is our 14th Ordinary Grand Congress, which will take place on March 17, 2024. The other is the Local Administration Elections to be held on March 31, 2024.

"When we do politics, we do it like men. We do it hand in hand, shoulder to shoulder. Fate is shared with comrades, and grief is shared as well. "We started our meetings, for which we have made political and strategic planning, last weekend. Our first meeting, centered in Bursa on October 14, 2023, took place with the participation of our provincial and district organizations from Bursa, Balıkesir, Yalova, Kütahya, Eskişehir, and Afyonkarahisar.

"AS AN ALLIANCE, WE WILL SIGN A NEW TURKISH MIRACLE"

As the late Cemil Meriç emphasized exactly; 'I swear that all the lands of the world are not worth shedding the blood of a single person.' As he also said: Those who do not speak out against murder are accomplices to the killer.

"MASSACRE IS BEING COMMITTED BEFORE THE EYES OF HUMANITY"

Israel continues its heinous attacks without slowing down. In the Gaza Strip, which has been blockaded and turned into a concentration camp, almost nothing remains but spilled blood, committed murders, destroyed buildings, and usurped rights. What a sad, heart-wrenching fact it is that a massacre is being committed before the eyes of humanity. The so-called civilized countries, which have only one tooth left, have gathered behind Israel one by one. I ask all of you human rights defenders who talk big when the time comes, where are you? Is the banning of justified and innocent demonstrations in favor of Palestine by European countries not a shame-filled primitivism? Is it possible to call those who mourn for what happens to Israel but turn a deaf ear to the screams of Gaza human, let alone anything else? Hypocritical democrats of the free and civilized world, freedom cheerleaders whose essence and character are mixed up, where have you hidden? Where have you gone? When will you see the babies in Gaza being shrouded?

"HOW LONG WILL THIS OPPRESSION AND HUMILIATION BE TOLERATED?"

Human rights are based on the fact that every human being has value simply because they are human, despite differences such as religious, ethnic, and philosophical, and that these rights are closed to any kind of intervention from the outside. The trampling, violation, and ignoring of the rights that individuals possess because they are human is a service to global anarchism. Human rights are inalienable, independent of necessity, and cannot be defined by any role. To have a human right, a person needs nothing other than being a human being, and cannot need anything else. What I mean is this: Human rights are innate rights. Human rights are universal, and besides, all people are equal. The whole lot of so-called human rights followers are the disgrace of humanity who look like roses but prick their thorns, who spread poison as honey, and in essence, they are the lowest of the low. Know that if an Olympic championship of baseness were held, no one could carry the burning torch better or more excitedly than them. The innocent people of Gaza are hungry and homeless. Moreover, hundreds of thousands of Gazans are being driven from north to south, that is, towards Egypt. Israel's call on October 13 to Palestinians residing in Gaza to move from north to south within 24 hours, and the subsequent exodus of one million people, is a heart-wrenching tragedy. In Gaza, electricity, water, energy, and communication lines have been cut, and air strikes and constant bombardment on civilians have turned the place into a battlefield. The city is in darkness, and it is very difficult to meet basic and humanitarian needs such as drinking water, food, clothing, and medicine under today's conditions. Under whose control are human rights, which are not remembered when the subject is Turkish or Muslim, in the real sense? How long will this oppression and humiliation be tolerated?

"A HELPING HAND SHOULD BE EXTENDED TO GAZANS THROUGH THE RAFAH BORDER GATE AND THE HUMANITARIAN AID CORRIDOR TO BE ESTABLISHED IN THE MEDITERRANEAN"

The US Secretary of State, who visited Israel on October 12 and whose visit is on the agenda again these days, said in Tel Aviv: 'I am here today not only as Secretary of State but also as a Jew.' Well, will a person of reason, logic, and common sense who calculates what will happen if the Muslim Turkish nation goes there ever appear before us? The path of humanitarian aid to Gaza should not be blocked. A helping hand should be extended to Gazans through the Rafah Border Gate and the humanitarian aid corridor to be established in the Mediterranean. Turkey has sent three plane-loads of humanitarian aid to Gaza via Egypt, exceeding its historical and conscientious responsibility. Israel must immediately end its attacks. A two-state solution environment must definitely be created. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation, which will meet on October 18, 2023, must be in a state of decision and determination to do much more than just stall and issue weak messages of condemnation. Our President's rational, moral, and active diplomacy must be supported.

We do not look at the ID cards, skin color, diversity of origins, religious and national affiliations, or where they were born and raised of the innocent people who are being slaughtered. We see no difference between the crimes against humanity committed at the Guantanamo Military Base, which the US established on land it leased from Cuba, and the humanitarian tragedy in Gaza. And we say that our Palestinian brothers are not alone, they are not helpless, the Turkish nation is with them with its prayers and support.

RESPONSE TO KILIÇDAROĞLU ON "FOREIGN SOLDIERS"

The right question is the product of a right mind and a natural, straightforward character. Questions deprived of these will lead to a waste of time instead of seeking answers. As far as I can see, the CHP Chairman is more concerned with making noise than with the correctness and accuracy of the questions he asks. He is in an effort to see if he can hit the mark by swinging blindly. He is curious about setting up a tent in the bushes. He asked us some questions at last week's group meeting. God is my witness, I didn't take it very seriously, because the questions were not well prepared, all of them were sloppy. Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu, leave that aside, tell us what you will say about the Syria and Iraq motion that will be discussed today? Explain whether you will vote yes or no. Do not hide behind flimsy excuses, show where you stand. Are you for or against supporting separatist movements against Turkey's national security? Say it so we can hear. Are you for or against taking all kinds of necessary measures within the framework of international law against the terror threat and security risk? Share it so we can know. Are you for or against maintaining our national security against potential future attacks from all terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria, as well as other potential risks such as mass migration? Confess it so we can learn the cost and the outcome. In this framework, are you for or against sending the Turkish Armed Forces to foreign countries to carry out cross-border operations and interventions against terrorist organizations when necessary? Please clarify it so we can see your stance. TARGETED THE GREENS AND LEFT FUTURE PARTY: WHAT IS THIS CONSTITUTIONAL COURT DOING?

At the end of last week, the 4th Grand Congress of the separatist structure called the Greens and Left Future Party, which is the HDP wearing a wig, a headscarf, and makeup, was held. The National Anthem was not sung, the Turkish flag was not hung in the hall where this terror demonstration was held, and praises were sung to murder and treason by carrying the baby killer's poster to the stage. Not a sound came from Kılıçdaroğlu or his other capricious, fickle, chronic partners. Kılıçdaroğlu, who calls the state rotten with arrows of slander, for some reason covers up the real rotten ones. On October 4, 2023, two terrorists being transported to join the terrorist organization were caught red-handed in a car registered to the separatist party, which also included the Greens and Left Future Party Ağrı MP. In other words, it was confirmed and documented once again that a dishonorable person sitting in the ranks of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey was right in the middle of the terrorist transport chain. Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu, yours are not sitting idle again, they are calculating to go to the mountains secretly, but thank God our heroes are not giving any of them a chance to breathe. HDP; while saying Greens and Left Future Party, it has changed its costume once again, this time taking the name of the Peoples' Equality and Democracy Party. The political bed of terror and separatism, which has been at the heart of treason with the code names HEP, ÖZDEP, DEP, HADEP, DEHAP, BDP, HDP, YSP since 1990, will now continue its path as HEDEP. What we cannot understand is, what is this Constitutional Court doing? With what right, for what purpose, and to look cute to whom has it felt the need to keep the indictment regarding the closure of the HDP under the desk since 2021? Whatever its name, what other documents, information, and evidence are needed to legally break the political leg of separatism?

"WE WILL FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT"

I declare to the whole world that we will file a complaint against the Constitutional Court, as well as the traitors, both before history, in the eyes of the nation, and tomorrow in the Supreme Court, and that we will take our rights by force. The HDP entering the May 14 elections under the name YSP following the filing of the closure case is also mocking Turkish justice and the Turkish nation. I ask you directly, President and members of the Constitutional Court, when do you intend to see the scandals that are happening? Delayed justice is not justice, don't you know this fact? The Constitutional Court building a bridge with Qandil and backing terrorists will never be compatible with the honor of law and the dignity of democracy. What needs to be done is clear and obvious. Whatever party was established as a continuation of the HDP must be closed immediately, and no license or permission should be given to a separatist and destructive political organization ever again. The Nationalist Movement Party group will participate in the motion discussions on the agenda in full force and will vote 'yes,' showing to the end that it is on the side of Turkey, the Turkish nation, the Turkish Armed Forces, our martyrs, and veterans. Hopefully, the terrorist targets across the border will be destroyed.
