Efkan Ala: 'Let us build roads and bridges, we will solve the other problems'
AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala stated, "We have created a serious program to address the problems that emerged during the pandemic or for other reasons. The first year of the 4 years until the next election will be a golden year. Let us continue to focus on Marmaray, highways, bridges, and airports. We will also solve our nation's other problems, and we will continue to do so."

The 56th Extended Provincial Advisory Meeting was organized by the AKP Bursa Provincial Presidency at the Merinos Atatürk Congress and Culture Center (MAKKM).
In addition to AKP Deputy Chairman Efkan Ala, the meeting was attended by AKP Headquarters Provincial Coordinator Nazlı Ergül, Bursa deputies Ahmet Kılıç, Ayhan Salman, Refik Özen, Osman Mesten, Emelgözü Karadurmaz, Mustafa Yavuz, AKP Provincial Chairman Davut Gürkan, district mayors, and party members.
Speaking at the meeting, Efkan Ala said, "Right now, before the eyes of the world, before the conscience and reason of humanity, our brothers and a society are being destroyed. Yesterday, upon the directives of our President and to convey his sentiments, we went to Qatar to attend the funeral prayer of Ismail Haniye, who lived as a martyr and will appear before God as a martyr. Turkey had the highest level of representation there. We bid him farewell on his final journey with significant participation from leading figures of the Islamic world. May God have mercy on him. It is a constant massacre. A criminal network is committing these murders right before the eyes of the world, showing how power turns into oppression in the hands of the ruthless, and the world is just watching. We have two things to say. If those who hold power are collaborating with the oppressors, they are complicit in the oppression and are oppressors themselves," he stated.
WE ARE A PARTY ESTABLISHED TO SERVE THIS NATION
Stating that he had gone to China some time before Qatar, Efkan Ala concluded his remarks as follows:
"There are important developments there as well. After the pandemic period, the course of the economy in the world has changed. The AK cadre, which has achieved so much success, is the cadre that will do what needs to be done while moving toward the goal. An election took place, and know that we have put what happened as a result of the election on the table at headquarters and are examining it in detail. If our nation has given us a message, it is our duty to take it as it is. It is our responsibility to our nation. We are a party established to serve the nation. After the pandemic period, there was an economic hardship all over the world. Naturally, citizens make their assessment of this when they go to the ballot box. Their assessment is always correct. And those who cannot receive that message are the ones who make mistakes. There is no problem with the understanding of the AK Party here. There was also a significant economic crisis in 2007 and 2008. It affected everywhere. In the 2009 local government elections, it rose to 38 percent. The AK Party has always opened up to 46, 48, 50 percent. When we took the presidential elections to a referendum, we received 69.5 percent. Then we got 58. Of course, we got used to 50s. When we got 38, there was a serious shock. But the AK Party never regresses. Young cadres, prepare yourselves well because you are the ones who will lead to these goals. We will take the lessons we need to take from these election results and continue on our path as a reformist, innovative, and inclusive understanding in terms of cadre and mindset. Here, in the middle of summer, when the chairmen leave, they cannot find this crowd. Our organization stands tall. I congratulate you."
