The new courtroom, stated to have been built in Silivri with an investment of 992 million TL, will not be ready for the IMM trial on March 9. It was reported that the hall, which is designed to have an area of 3 thousand 240 square meters and a total capacity of 2 thousand 295 people, with its walls not even completed yet, will not be finished by the planned date.

In a post on his X (Twitter) account, Ekrem İmamoğlu shared reports regarding the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality inspection processes and presented a striking table to the public. According to the shared table, while a total of 147 regular audits were conducted between 2014 and 2019, when the municipality was under AK Party administration, this number rose to 1590 between 2019 and 2025. Additionally, two general inspections were conducted during the same period.

In his post, İmamoğlu used the phrase, "TO THOSE WHO HEAR, TO THOSE WHO DO NOT HEAR." According to the official data reflected in the table, it is seen that audit investigations conducted by the Ministry of Interior and the Court of Accounts have also increased. While a total of 27 investigations were carried out by the aforementioned institutions during the AKP era, this figure rose to 62 during İmamoğlu's presidency.

As Mayor İmamoğlu emphasized, he stated that despite these intense audits and investigations, they have been cleared of all processes throughout his 7 years in office.
