May Day celebration by Erdoğan at the Palace! 'For the welfare of the worker...'

President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan received representatives of workers, civil servants, and employers at the Palace on the occasion of May 1st, Labor and Solidarity Day.

Minister of Labor and Social Security Vedat Işıkhan and Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek were present at the program. Speaking there, Erdoğan celebrated the workers' May 1st Labor and Solidarity Day and noted the following:

"I am very pleased to come together with you on the occasion of May 1st, Labor and Solidarity Day. Together with you, I congratulate all our workers on May 1st, Labor and Solidarity Day. We have mobilized all our resources to increase the welfare levels of our workers and employers and to ensure that unions can continue their activities."
