Harsh messages continue to be issued within the AKP against those who seek commercial gain by using the name and photographs of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. Erdoğan's Chief Advisor Oktay Saral stated, "Those who use our President's name as a cover for their own interest-based schemes will never be allowed to succeed."

Following the warnings issued recently by AKP Secretary General Eyyüp Kadir İnan, a lawyer was arrested, and it was stated that there are structures attempting to profit through Erdoğan's name.
President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's chief advisor, Oktay Saral, has also joined these discussions.

In a post on his social media account, Saral reacted harshly to those using Erdoğan's name and included the following statements:
"The national will that the AK Party has represented for years and the struggle of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, are too sacred and valuable to be used as a tool for any individual's personal interests. Unfortunately, certain individuals who portray themselves as 'people of the cause' while actually chasing personal gain and ostentation are attempting to turn Erdoğan's name and photograph into a commercial commodity. This situation is a great disrespect not only to the ethics of the cause but also to the seriousness of the state."
"The struggle of Erdoğan, the man of the nation, belongs not to those at luxury tables, those living in opulence, or those peddling business cards at office doors, but to the sincere cadres who serve their nation. We say it clearly to those who use our President's name as a cover for their own interest-based order: This cause does not fit into your bags or your personal interest calculations!"
