WHAT HAPPENED?

Speaking at his party's group meeting today regarding the local elections to be held on March 31, 2024, Erdoğan gave the message of "Istanbul Again" to his party members.

Erdoğan's statement was as follows:

"The opposition we have is neither fit for a village nor a town. Their horizon only goes that far. We will not fall into complacency by looking at them. We will carry out our preparations for the March 31 elections. We will not forget that our opponents are not those in front of us, but those who control them. Young people, I am setting a headline today: Istanbul Again. Our program is running. As the People's Alliance, we will continue on our path in the strongest way possible. Our negotiations with the MHP are progressing on the basis of mutual understanding. I believe that the People's Alliance will emerge from the March 31 elections with its head held high."
