As mutual gestures continue between the two leaders of the People's Alliance, President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan sent a special gift for MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli's birthday. Erdoğan presented roses to Bahçeli as part of a celebration prepared for the occasion, which also coincided with the approach of the new year.
In a statement released by the MHP, it was noted, "Our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, congratulated our Nationalist Movement Party Chairman, Mr. Devlet Bahçeli, on his new year and new age, wishing him health, well-being, and prosperity."
