President and AKP Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan spoke at the Darülaceze Social Service City Opening Ceremony in Istanbul. Erdoğan said, "Hey Netanyahu, these are your good days. Know this, Netanyahu, you are on your way out. Do not take the sigh of the oppressed, for it will come out slowly. Much different days await you."

Highlights from President Erdoğan's speech are as follows:

"Darülaceze is a symbolic institution. It has been a home of compassion for more than 100 thousand of our people to date. Darülaceze, which embraces and protects all the destitute, is both a source of pride and a source of inspiration for us. Those who will live here will surely pray much for those who serve them. We have provided services to all our citizens without any discrimination. We have left works in all 81 of our provinces. We have tried to increase the welfare of everyone, starting from the most disadvantaged segments of society. We have taken care of our needy and disabled brothers and sisters, and we will continue to do so here as well.

"WE WILL CONTINUE TO BE THE VOICE OF THE VOICELESS"

We have never viewed any work we do as a favor; on the contrary, we have approached it as the delivery of a right. With the appreciation of our nation, the number of public care and rehabilitation centers was 21 in 2022; today it is 107. A total of 36 thousand of our brothers and sisters, including public and private, are now provided with residential care services.

Although the elites and those living in ivory towers may not know it, our brothers and sisters in need know these services very well. We have never been among those who looked down on the public throughout their political lives. We continue our services by combining our state tradition with the understanding of a social state. Turkey is one of the most advanced countries in the world in terms of the inclusiveness of its social security umbrella. From now on, we will continue to be the voice of the voiceless.

"NETANYAHU, KNOW THIS WELL, YOU ARE ON YOUR WAY OUT"

Netanyahu has stood up, taken two ministers, and is making a press statement. He is very uncomfortable. The Riyadh Summit and Macron's statements have disturbed him. What did I say the other day; "Hey Netanyahu, these are your good days". Different days await you. Those babies, those little ones, wrapped in shrouds at 3-5 years old... Their sighs will not let you prosper. Netanyahu, know this well, you are on your way out, you are on your way out. Do not take the sigh of the oppressed, for it will come out slowly. The solidarity of Islamic unity is important. But Turkey's unity, togetherness, and solidarity are beyond all of them. The Islamic world is looking to Turkey.

"DECLARING SETTLERS TERRORISTS..."

Since October 7, all our efforts have been to ensure a ceasefire and to establish peace in the region. Yesterday, we demonstrated our solidarity with the Palestinian people at the Riyadh Summit. We took important decisions on many issues. Declaring settlers as terrorists was the most important article in this final declaration. We will be the followers of the decisions taken. We will continue to strive for the end of the massacre in Gaza. We will carry our stance further with the international meeting to be held in Istanbul on Wednesday under the auspices of my wife. We will continue to take steps to mobilize all countries with a conscience. We are aware of our responsibilities. We are trying to fulfill this with cool-headed steps. From now on, we will not disappoint the oppressed.
