AKP Chairman and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will preside over the final Central Executive Board (MYK) meeting of the year, which will be held today at the AKP Headquarters. According to a report by Sabah, the most important agenda item of the meeting will be the second 'opening' process, referred to as 'Terror-Free Turkey.'
MINIMUM WAGE ALSO ON THE TABLE
The MYK's economic agenda will also be quite intense. The roadmap to be followed in the fight against inflation, the course of wage policies, support for low- and middle-income groups, and the social impacts of the 2025 budget will be comprehensively evaluated by the board. In this context, the minimum wage negotiations, which millions are closely watching and which will officially begin this week, will be discussed at the meeting.
During the meeting, assessments will be made regarding the schedule for the delivery of permanent housing in the earthquake zone, the current status of infrastructure projects, and the reconstruction process of the cities. Furthermore, regulations concerning maternity leave and preparations for the family strengthening package are also expected to be discussed at the MYK.
