President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made a statement regarding the Turkish activist Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who lost her life as a result of an attack carried out by Israeli forces in the West Bank.
In a post on social media, Erdoğan strongly condemned Israel's intervention against a civilian anti-occupation protest.
President Erdoğan included the following statements in his remarks:
“I condemn the barbaric intervention by Israel against a civilian anti-occupation protest in the West Bank, and I pray for God's mercy upon our citizen Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who lost her life in the attack. As Turkey, we will continue to strive on every platform to ensure that this occupation and genocide policy, which Israel has been continuing for nearly 1 year and in which it has massacred 41 thousand people, including children, the young, and the elderly, comes to an end, and that it is held accountable for the crimes against humanity it has committed before the law.”
İsrail’in Batı Şeria’daki işgal karşıtı sivil bir protestoya karşı yaptığı barbarca müdahaleyi lanetliyor, saldırıda hayatını kaybeden vatandaşımız Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi’ye Allah’tan rahmet niyaz ediyorum.…
