Esma Bekar files criminal complaint following Ümit Dikbayır's allegations

İYİ Party deputy Ümit Dikbayır made various allegations regarding the İYİ Party on TV100. Following Dikbayır's statements, Esma Bekar announced that she would file a criminal complaint against him.
"WE HAVE INITIATED THE LEGAL PROCESS THROUGH OUR LAWYER"
Bekar spoke as follows via the X platform:
“I have heard from my close circle that many untrue, baseless allegations and unfounded statements were made regarding my personal rights and those of my spouse during the program on TV100 that Ümit Dikbayır attended. As of today, we have initiated the legal process against these allegations and statements through our lawyer. I would like to share with the public that the matter has been referred to the judiciary.”

WHAT HAPPENED?
Claiming that İYİ Party Chief of Staff Esma Bekar worked to ensure he would not be elected at the İYİ Party congress, Dikbayır had said the following:
"In politics, within a party, there can be minor rivalries. Koray Aydın might try to cross me out, he is a politician. Dursun Ataş might try to cross me out. But there is a friend of Esma Bekar's very close circle named Sinan İnce involved in this work. He did this work to cross me out. He is the party's protocol manager. This might seem like a small detail, but it is not. I told the Chairperson about this. I would have expected her to pick up the phone and remove from duty an employee who interferes in politics to this extent. She did not. This caused me deep resentment. A party employee is crossing out the closest person to the chairperson. He is part of a system. Even if it were not within her knowledge, I told her this, and she should have done what was necessary."
