Bahçeli stated that "a new dawn is being witnessed in Turkey with the dissolution of the separatist terrorist organization PKK, which has continued for fifty years." Bahçeli said that the goal of a 'terror-free Turkey' is about to become a reality.

In the report, the call made by terrorist organization leader Abdullah Öcalan to the terrorist organization PKK was described as 'historic'.

Bahçeli used the expressions, "It is in our hands to turn this expectation into joy rather than disappointment. A terror-free Turkey will be a Turkey where democracy is further strengthened. In a period when a new world order is being shaped, it is possible to turn this development into an opportunity for Turkey."

CALL FOR A NEW CONSTITUTION

Stating that the remnants of the coup will be completely cleared with a national, inclusive, and democratic new constitution, Bahçeli made the statement, "What is important is to build a structure in which everyone believes they can find themselves. For that reason, in the process of a terror-free Turkey, we call on all our citizens to meet in national unity and brotherhood with the understanding of 'Turkey above all else' and 'Everyone is equal in Turkey,' and to build Turkey's blessed future together."

Stating that those who are uncomfortable with a terror-free Turkey are active, Bahçeli used the expression, "For that reason, everyone has a responsibility in building peace and tranquility. In this context, not delaying and taking ownership is a priority issue. A terror-free Turkey will be the means for Turkey to attain a new life in peace."
