New Welfare Party (YRP) Chairman Fatih Erbakan spoke at his party's 3rd Ordinary Provincial Congress held in Ordu. Addressing party members at the event held at the Ordu Culture and Art Center, Erbakan harshly criticized the government's economic management.

Erbakan stated, "Retirees, minimum wage earners, civil servants, and farmers are in a difficult situation. The unemployment rate has reached 13 million, and this number exceeds the population of many European countries. The President says that 2025 will be better than 2024, and 2026 will be better than 2025, but the figures do not support this. It is impossible for you to fix anything from this point on. Do not waste this nation's time. This nation has no patience or endurance left," he said.

Calling on the government for early elections, Erbakan said, "The best thing you can do from this point on is to bring the ballot box before the nation in the spring of 2026. Bring that ballot box, let this nation choose the National View (Milli Görüş), and let it be saved from this vortex of debt and interest. Hopefully, this nation will decide on the National View in the first election to be held. Hopefully, this nation will choose the National View, will choose renewed welfare, and hopefully, we will first bring a livable Turkey to life."
