Victory Party leader Ümit Özdağ announced Ayaydın's participation in the party in a post on X, stating the following:
My sister Ülkü Ayaydın has resigned from her membership on the A Party founders' board one week after the party's establishment and joined the Victory Party, the only party that does not compromise on Atatürk and the founding principles of our Republic, does not surrender to terror, and will send 13 million asylum seekers and illegal migrants back to their homelands.
