Striking allegations regarding the internal debates within the CHP and the local election process continue to emerge.
Following the court's rejection of the lawsuit filed by former Hatay Mayor Lütfü Savaş, who sought to annul the CHP convention on the grounds of alleged irregularities, journalist Fatih Altaylı has put forward a notable claim.
'THEY ARE STRIVING TO HAVE THE LOCAL ELECTION ANNULLED'
Altaylı alleged that certain groups acting in parallel within the AKP and the CHP are striving to have the local elections annulled.
Speaking on his YouTube program, Altaylı stated, "They think they can ensure the local elections are annulled. If the administration is deemed invalid, then the candidates of this administration would also be invalid. In other words, the election could be annulled."
''DO NOT BE SEEN WITH ÖZEL''
Expressing his own view by saying, "Will this happen? If you ask me, it won't!", Altaylı continued as follows:
"Yesterday, I received the following information: There is a Football Federation member named Ural Aküzüm. The person who relayed this to me is someone who is close to both the AK Party and the CHP, an interesting politician who is close to everyone. It is said that Ural Aküzüm has been telling people here and there, 'Do not be seen too closely with Özgür Özel. Kılıçdaroğlu is coming back soon.'"
IF THE CONGRESS IS ANNULLED...
The person who told me this is a serious individual who is knowledgeable about these matters. Now, this is also very strange; the congress will be annulled, Kılıçdaroğlu will return, and so on. If the congress is annulled, Kılıçdaroğlu wouldn't just return; the congress would be renewed, meaning the convention would be held again, but I don't think such a possibility exists; it is a very, very difficult and distant possibility.
What is important here is that there is a situation where the goal is for the CHP to be debated, for the CHP to be in turmoil, and for the CHP to be concentrated on other things."
