Harsh words from terrorist leader Öcalan to Demirtaş: The 'We will not make you President' controversy continues! 'I am also looking out for the interests of the CHP'

It is alleged that the leader of the terrorist organization PKK, Abdullah Öcalan, criticized former HDP Co-Chair Selahattin Demirtaş and Sırrı Süreyya Önder during his recent meeting with the DEM Party. According to the claims, Öcalan reacted harshly to Demirtaş's statement, "We will not make you president."

Terrorist Öcalan stated that it was wrong for Demirtaş to use such rhetoric against Erdoğan, saying, "There was no need to not make him president. They should not have taken a confrontational stance against Erdoğan."

"MAJOR NEGOTIATIONS MUST BE ENTERED INTO WITH ERDOĞAN"

Terrorist leader Öcalan said that the statements made by Demirtaş and Önder were wrong not only for themselves but also for Turkey. "One must see the big picture of the process," the PKK leader said, adding, "One should not deal with small bargains. We are dealing with big things. It is not right to approach Erdoğan with such rhetoric," he said.

Öcalan advised the DEM Party not to get bogged down in small issues and to focus on major goals. He also stated that demands such as bringing up the condition of patients were too minor. Emphasizing that such demands would not advance the process, Öcalan said, "Let no one distract us with these. If you do this, I will not accept you either."

"THERE IS A RISK OF RETURNING TO GEZI"

It is claimed that terrorist organization leader Öcalan also sent a message to the CHP. Stating that recent developments could turn into street movements similar to the Gezi Park protests, Öcalan said that this situation should be avoided.

During the meeting, Öcalan advised the DEM Party to see the big picture and not to deal with small goals. Öcalan said, "You should demand law and respect. This business cannot be run with cheap bargains like 'let's ask this from the Minister of Justice, let's ask that'." He also stated that the process should proceed with a democratic alliance, adding, "One can get out of this through democratic politics. This path is dangerous; it will end up like Gezi," he expressed.

According to Aytunç Erkin, Öcalan said the following:

“You will also convey some things to Mr. Erdoğan. You will explain them at this historical threshold. I studied in state schools, I went to boarding school and came this far. I know what it means to introduce the state to the Kurds. One can struggle with the Kemalist party, but my leadership style is different.

Selahattin had said 'We will not make you president' at the time. It was not right. I have no concern about making him president or not. I can meet with Mr. Erdoğan to solve fundamental problems, or I may not; for now, you are meeting on my behalf. You are not meeting to help any party, the CHP or another party, gain power; at most, it could be a democratic alliance. You are a third way, a third alliance. I had seen that the HDP previously had a vote potential in the 15 percent band. The 'We will not make you president' issue was Selahattin and Sırrı's mistake. There was no need to turn it into 'not making him president.' There was no need to take a confrontational stance against Erdoğan. They should have focused on their democratic alliance, their work, and broadening the front. It didn't happen. I think Selahattin also realized his mistake. By the way, I remember Sırrı once again with mercy.

You are facing the most important move in the history of the Republic. I do not like this kind of talk: Let a few of our elderly be released from prison, let this package be like this, let that package be like that. This will not do. Undoubtedly, it is valuable, I respect it. But we are dealing with big things. Let no one distract us with these types of things. If you do this, I will not accept you either.
