Bolu Mayor Tanju Özcan made a notable statement regarding the possibility of former CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returning to lead the CHP.

Özcan compared the likelihood of Kılıçdaroğlu returning to the CHP chairmanship to "the probability of Keloğlan's hair growing back," stating that such a situation is a "one in a million" possibility.

Özcan stated that it is not possible for Kılıçdaroğlu to return to the party, saying, "There is no possibility of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu returning to the head of the Republican People's Party."
