The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Consultation and Evaluation Meeting for Municipal Council Members from Kırklareli, Edirne, Tekirdağ, and the European side of Istanbul was held in Kırklareli.
Deputy Chairman responsible for Local Governments, Sadir Durmaz, attended the meeting held at the Municipal Culture Center.
Following a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem, Deputy Chairman Durmaz delivered a speech.
In his speech, Durmaz addressed the health status of Chairman Devlet Bahçeli, stating, "Thank God, our Chairman's health is good enough to delight his friends, sadden his enemies, and frustrate those who are making calculations."
"WE HAVE UNITED AROUND THE VISION OF A TERROR-FREE TURKEY"
On the other hand, stating that they have united for a terror-free Turkey, Durmaz used the following expressions:
"As we have insistently and emphatically stated in our 15 regional meetings held since our first meeting in Kars, rest assured that when we unite around the vision of a Terror-free Turkey, we can end terrorism and rewrite history with regional stability without making concessions to imperial powers. Today is the day to achieve our goals for the Turkish and Turkey Century together and to realize our ideal of a great Turkey; today is the day to draw the roadmap for the future; today is the day to keep our thousand-year brotherhood alive, to reach a consensus without division, and to integrate in governance."
