'The first 3 politicians that come to mind when you think of AKP and CHP' survey: Surprise names in AKP, striking results in CHP

The polling company ORC Research has shared the results of its public opinion survey titled “The public's view of political parties.”

The survey was conducted face-to-face with 2,820 people in 21 provinces between August 16 and 21.

Striking results emerged in a survey where participants were asked, "Could you name the first 3 politicians that come to your mind when you think of the AK Party and the CHP?"

GÖKÇEK AND ALBAYRAK DRAW ATTENTION

While Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Binali Yıldırım, and Süleyman Soylu took the top 3 spots in the AKP, Melih Gökçek and Berat Albayrak also found places in the upper rankings.

The prominent names in the AKP are as follows:

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan: 97 percent

Binali Yıldırım: 41.6 percent

Süleyman Soylu: 30.4 percent

Melih Gökçek: 25.8 percent

Berat Albayrak: 17.5 percent

Hakan Fidan: 15 percent

Bülent Arınç: 11.6 percent

Numan Kurtulmuş: 7.9 percent

KILIÇDAROĞLU, İMAMOĞLU, AND ÖZEL TAKE THE TOP 3 SPOTS

In the CHP, the first name that comes to citizens' minds is former Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, at 62.5 percent.

İMAMOĞLU AHEAD OF ÖZEL

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu followed Kılıçdaroğlu with 55 percent, while CHP Chairman Özgür Özel followed with 45.2 percent. It was noted that İmamoğlu is ahead of CHP leader Özgür Özel.

The prominent names in the CHP are as follows:

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu: 62.5 percent

Ekrem İmamoğlu: 55 percent

Özgür Özel: 45.2 percent

Mansur Yavaş: 36.4 percent

Veli Ağbaba: 12.5 percent

Mustafa Sarıgül: 11.7 percent

Ali Mahir Başarır: 8.9 percent

Tunç Soyer: 6.3 percent
