According to a report by Veli Toprak from Sözcü, the most discussed scenario in Ankara is that the leadership crisis that would arise within the CHP could create an opportunity for the government. CONDITIONS FOR AN EARLY ELECTION
For the Parliament to make an election decision, 360 votes in favor are required. In such a case, the path for President Erdoğan to run again would also be opened. However, the People's Alliance currently holds 319 seats. Therefore, the support of the opposition is also essential for an early election.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF KILIÇDAROĞLU RETURNS?
If an "absolute nullity" ruling is issued on September 15, the CHP will return to the Party Assembly that existed before the change congress and the former administration led by Kılıçdaroğlu.
Kılıçdaroğlu is not expected to refuse this duty. However, according to the party bylaws, it will be mandatory to convene a new congress within a "reasonable time." How long this period will be depends entirely on the initiative of the Party Assembly and the chairman.
