Grand National Assembly of Turkey fails to convene
The Grand National Assembly of Turkey could not convene because the Presidential Council was not formed.

Deputy Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Gülizar Biçer Karaca stated at the beginning of the session that the Presidential Council had not been formed as the clerk members did not take their seats.
SESSION TO BE HELD ON DECEMBER 9
Following this, Karaca adjourned the session to reconvene on Monday, December 9, at 12:00 PM to discuss the 2025 Central Government Budget Law Proposal and the 2023 Central Government Final Account Law Proposal.
