Handover ceremony takes place at CHP
In the Republican People's Party's (CHP) new Central Executive Board (MYK), Istanbul Deputy Zeynel Emre has taken over the role of party spokesperson from Deniz Yücel.

The Republican People's Party's (CHP) new Party Assembly determined the new MYK members during its first meeting held today. Istanbul Deputy Zeynel Emre was appointed as the party spokesperson during this meeting. Izmir Deputy Deniz Yücel handed over this role, which he had held for two years, to Emre.
In a statement made via social media, Deniz Yücel said, "Following our 39th Ordinary Congress, we held our first Party Assembly meeting today. I have handed over the role of Party Spokesperson, which I have carried out with great honor for two years, to a very valuable name, our Istanbul Deputy Mr. Zeynel Emre." Congratulating the new MYK members, Yücel stated that under the leadership of Chairman Özgür Özel, the party will continue its struggle in a stronger and more determined manner. He also emphasized their goal of establishing the people's government by making the CHP the leading party in the first election.
