As the debates following the court's "absolute nullity" ruling in the CHP continue, a notable statement came from lawyer Afşin Hatipoğlu.
Sharing his assessments on his social media account, Hatipoğlu brought various claims to the agenda regarding the steps Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu might take in the coming period.
Afşin Hatipoğlu stated that on the first day the "nullity" ruling was announced, he explained the roadmap Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu would follow during a broadcast on Halk TV.
In his post, Hatipoğlu claimed that Kılıçdaroğlu has begun to implement the aforementioned steps in order.
CLAIM OF "APPLICATION TO GOVERNOR'S OFFICES"
Hatipoğlu alleged that the Kılıçdaroğlu administration might take initiatives in the new process to prevent Özgür Özel from organizing rallies on behalf of the CHP.
In his post, he included the statements: "He will apply to the governor's offices saying 'Özgür Özel cannot hold rallies on behalf of the CHP, do not grant permission,' and will demand his expulsion on the grounds of violating party discipline."

In his statement, Afşin Hatipoğlu argued that the title of CHP Group Chair cannot be revoked directly under the Parliament's Rules of Procedure and the CHP's internal regulations.
Claiming that the majority of deputies are on Özgür Özel's side, Hatipoğlu asserted that the only way to remove him from the group chairmanship is through expulsion.
Hatipoğlu further stated that the "referral with precautionary measures" method could be used in the expulsion process, with the aim of achieving a swift result.
