Presidential summaries regarding the lifting of legislative immunity for members of the Republican People's Party (CHP), DEM Party, and IYI Party, as well as one independent member of parliament, have been submitted to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM).
The summaries were referred by the Speaker of the Assembly to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
The members of parliament whose files were referred to the Joint Committee are as follows:
"CHP Aydın MP Hüseyin Yıldız, DEM Party Mardin MP Kamuran Tanhan, IYI Party Gaziantep MP Mehmet Mustafa Gürban, and Independent Istanbul MP Cemal Enginyurt."
