İnan Güney's removed photograph re-hung
Following the arrest of Beyoğlu Mayor İnan Güney, the CHP organized a rally in Şişhane Square. A family photograph of Güney that had been hung on the municipal building was removed by police. Some exits at the Şişhane station were closed for security reasons.

The CHP organized a rally in Şişhane Square for the detained Beyoğlu Mayor İnan Güney.
Before the rally, an Atatürk poster, a Turkish flag, and a photograph of Güney taken with his family were hung on the municipal building. However, the police removed this photograph from the building.
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır and CHP Deputy Chairman Suat Özçağdaş re-hung the same photograph on the municipal building during the rally.
