THE INDICTMENT ON THE PROSECUTOR'S DESK

According to the report by journalist Ali Taş, the signing process for the indictment, prepared by Antalya Deputy Chief Public Prosecutor Mehmet Akif Katırcı, is expected to take place on Monday, January 26, as Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor Yakup Ali Kahveci was on leave last week.

It was stated that the indictment would be submitted to the court following the chief prosecutor's approval. However, the content of the indictment is not currently being shared with the public due to a confidentiality order on the file. No information has been provided regarding the charges contained in the indictment.

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

In the investigation conducted by the Antalya Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Mayor Muhittin Böcek and his former daughter-in-law Z.K. were detained on July 5, and it was determined that Muhittin Böcek's son, suspect Mustafa Gökhan Böcek, was abroad.

Muhittin Böcek, who was referred to the courthouse on the same day, was arrested, while his former daughter-in-law Z.K. was released with a travel ban and judicial control conditions.
