Intervention by Kılıçdaroğlu's team continues: PM and MYK names removed from the website

Following the court's ruling of "absolute nullity," which declared the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress invalid, the crisis within the party has reached a new dimension.

In accordance with the appellate court's decision, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu was reinstated as the CHP Chairman, and the developments within the party administration following this process have sparked widespread public reaction.

POLICE INTERVENTION TO ENTER HEADQUARTERS

It was stated that following the decision, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's lawyers filed an application for the evacuation of the CHP Headquarters building.

After the application, police teams intervened at the CHP Headquarters in Ankara, and the building was evacuated through an operation by security forces.

Following these developments, it was reported that steps regarding a change in management at the party headquarters have been taken one after another.

NAMEPLATES OF DEPUTY CHAIRMEN REMOVED

Another notable change took place yesterday at the CHP Headquarters.

It was learned that the nameplates at the entrances to the offices of the Deputy Chairmen have been removed. Following the changes made in the party building, it was observed that updates were also carried out on the website.

NAMES OF PM AND MYK MEMBERS REMOVED

It was stated that the section on the official CHP website regarding the members of the Party Assembly (PM) and the Central Executive Board (MYK) has been removed.

It was also observed that the names of the heads of the Women's and Youth Branches were no longer listed on the site.

It was stated that the change in question was carried out within the scope of the new process experienced in the party administration following the court decision.

ÖZGÜR ÖZEL HAD HELD A PM MEETING

It was reported that CHP Chairman Özgür Özel held a Party Assembly meeting on May 23 following the "absolute nullity" decision issued regarding the party.

It was learned that the roadmap the party will follow was discussed during the meeting, which lasted approximately 5.5 hours.

Following the meeting, it was stated that party officials conveyed the message that "there can be no administration without a congress."

KILIÇDAROĞLU TO CONVENE ON JUNE 1

The Party Assembly, which was reinstated by court order, is also expected to meet on June 1.

It had been alleged that Özgür Özel's team would also attend the PM meeting to be organized by Kılıçdaroğlu. According to the claims, Özel's team will express their will for an extraordinary congress to be held during the PM meeting.

According to the CHP bylaws, one way to call for a congress is through a PM decision. The relevant article in the bylaws states: "The Chairman shall convene an extraordinary congress upon their own initiative, or upon the decision of the Party Assembly, or upon the application of one-fifth of the total number of congress delegates with notarized signatures within a 15-day period."
