Investigation file regarding CHP deputies transferred to Ankara
The file being handled by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and three deputies has been sent to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office with a decision of lack of jurisdiction.

An important step has been taken regarding the investigation into CHP Chairman and Manisa Deputy Özgür Özel, as well as Malatya Deputy Veli Ağbaba, Ankara Deputy Umut Akdoğan, and Istanbul Deputy Suat Özçağdaş. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that it has issued a decision of lack of jurisdiction in the investigation file conducted regarding the aforementioned deputies.
With the decision rendered, the file has been referred to the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office for further action.
