İYİ Party Konya Deputy and former football manager Ünal Karaman reacted very harshly on X to the murder of Çiğdem, who had been missing for 5 months in Konya and was found buried in the garden of a house.
Stating, "We learned with great anger that Çiğdem, who had been missing in our Konya for 5 months, was stabbed to death by 4 bloodless villains of Afghan nationality and buried in the garden of a house!" Karaman noted the following:
'HOW MANY MORE OF OUR INNOCENT LIVES MUST WE BURY?'
I wish for God's mercy upon our sister Çiğdem, but I will not wish for patience for anyone!
Because the patience of the Turkish nation has now run out, and it no longer has the tolerance to be a stranger in its own homeland.
These stateless fugitives who cannot even manage to be human are not only a social security issue but also a national survival issue. How many more of our innocent lives must we bury before this reality is understood!
THE ISSUE OF ASYLUM SEEKERS AND ILLEGAL MIGRANTS
How much longer will these degenerates, who are eager to continue the lawlessness and banditry that have become commonplace in their own countries within the Turkish homeland, be tolerated?
Remaining silent in the face of these bloodless people who threaten the lives of Turkish citizens and make the lands where they were born and raised unsafe is to be complicit in the crime!
Taking immediate action for the peace of our cities and the security of the Turkish nation, and removing the issue of asylum seekers / illegal migrants from the country's agenda forever is not an option, it is the most important debt to the homeland!"
