İYİ Party Istanbul provincial executive Naz Yavuzarslan criticizes her party over 'protest'

Resignation crises within the İYİ Party continue unabated despite statements made. Most recently, İbrahim Özkan, who announced his resignation from the İYİ Party, was heavily criticized and protested by party members who gathered in front of the channel during a live broadcast he attended.

Following these developments, İYİ Party Istanbul provincial executive Naz Yavuzarslan shared a post on her social media account expressing her reaction.

I keep telling myself to stay silent, but they won't stop... As I see the posts, I can no longer stay silent either...

 To hell with your politics! How are you any different from the mentality that showed up at the General Chair's door, causing the same scene that happened in front of that channel on Monday evening?

The person inside could be from the AKP, from the CHP, it could be Ahmet or Mehmet, I don't care in the slightest who it is... But I care very much about what happened that evening. Those who display this stance should not talk about democracy, freedom, or anything of the sort! Is this how you seek justice? Bullying rhetoric, threatening posts from executives.. 

If we wanted to be in a place like this, weren't there already existing parties? And they post it without shame. Don't you bother, I felt ashamed on your behalf... Let no one dare say "the right to protest is freedom" for a mentality that sees this as a show of strength... No one can define the press statement made that day by Üsküdar District Chair Hasan Ofluoğlu, who tweeted a threat saying, "Come to Üsküdar, come, I'm waiting, definitely come," as a right to protest or freedom. Let's be real, no one is stupid... Those who say "don't associate this event with the storming of the General Chair's house, it's not the same thing" should open and look at this gentleman's(!) threatening tweet to see better what is what... Because the mentality that sent them to the General Chair's house that evening is the same as the mentality that sent you there that evening, because they are no longer over there, they are here, they are in this structure.

 With things as they are, Provincial Chair Yücel Bey also goes on TV and calls for common sense. I want to ask him; Yücel Bey, can a district chair and their organization do such a thing without your knowledge? You said you were unaware. Let's say that's the case, isn't this an even bigger scandal? They ignore you and go there without your knowledge, is that it? Move on, sir, this whole thing falls apart no matter how you hold it.

"THEY SHOUTED 'SOLD OUT'"

 Now let's come to this "backdoor politics" incident... Those who shouted "sold out" in front of that channel that evening. The man says; "Yücel Bey is aware of my negotiations." Yücel Bey did not object to this, and he cannot, because it is true... Why does Yücel Bey, as Provincial Chair, not inform the Headquarters? Because he also wants cooperation, but through the back door... In this situation, is he also sold out, because he is aware of everything! Of course, if the cooperation had been successful, he would have said "we did it together," but since it didn't, all the blame is cast on one person and they are accused of being 'sold out.' People are being sent to doors. With staged fights... Haven't any of you who have been tweeting for days about how well Yücel the chair spoke questioned this? Didn't you say, "The man was aware, then he is also in on the backdoor... We are doing wrong by going after one person"?

 LET'S COME TO MR. KAVUNCU... Buğra Kavuncu has knowledge of this matter, and he is also the person who is constantly by Akşener's side... The man says, "I spoke with Buğra Kavuncu, he even told me," "Even if they give us Beşiktaş, it won't happen after this hour"... How is it that Mr. Buğra does not say to Ms. Akşener, "Look, these kinds of negotiations are taking place, I have knowledge, I am informing you, let's intervene, let them not manage the process on our behalf," and Ms. Meral Akşener says, "I have no knowledge, the Organization Chair has no knowledge." For God's sake, don't do this... I ask the same thing now for this gentleman... WHY DID YOU NOT INFORM the General Chair, Mr. Kavuncu?

You also have knowledge, so are you also sold out now, because you knew about the "backdoor politics" but didn't tell the General Chair! Did you solve the whole issue by tweeting that you "have no knowledge," that is, by denying it? This is what is called THE POLITICS OF DENIAL... Everyone knows everything, but no one can speak up and say anything or question it. Why? Because there is a culture of allegiance. I am questioning it, sir... Go ahead and expel me too...

 I have not been anyone's man in this 4-year process, I defended what was right and true. I am doing the same thing again, and I will continue to do so. Whether I am in this party or not, if such a thing is done to someone from this party tomorrow, I will defend them in exactly the same way.
