İYİ Party leader Meral Akşener is speaking at her party's group meeting. Many figures have resigned from the party following her statements that there would be no cooperation with the CHP in the local elections. 

Most recently, İYİ Party Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) Group Chairman İbrahim Özkan resigned at Akşener's request and stated, "I am free and independent."
