İYİ Party Osmaniye Provincial Chair Serhat Kılıç made a statement regarding the dismissal of his party's Sumbas District Chair Adalet Hatunoğlu. According to Kılıç's statement, he announced that Türkeş Karslıoğlu has been appointed to replace Hatunoğlu.
In a written statement, Kılıç noted the following:
"As a result of the decision taken by our Headquarters, a change of duty and an appointment have taken place in our Sumbas district organization. Following the change of duty, Mr. Türkeş Karslıoğlu has been appointed as the Sumbas district chair. We thank our former district chair, Ms. Adalet Hatunoğlu, for her services."
