MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli reiterated his call for PKK leader Abdullah Öcalan during his party's group meeting.
Following Bahçeli's statements, a DEM Party delegation submitted an application to the Ministry of Justice for a visit to İmralı to meet with Öcalan.
Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç said, "The petition is being evaluated. Since he is a terror convict, it is subject to the permission of the Ministry of Justice."
