Speaking at his party's group meeting regarding the motion coming to the Parliament's agenda today, CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu stated, We do not want foreign soldiers' boots in our country. Inviting foreign soldiers to one's own territory is, we say it clearly: this is treason.

CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu made statements regarding the agenda at his party's group meeting.

Reacting to the articles contained in the motion regarding the extension of the Turkish military's mandate in Iraq and Syria, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "We do not want foreign soldiers' boots in our own country, on our blessed land, with our women, men, and patriots."

Kılıçdaroğlu continued as follows:

"Inviting foreign soldiers to your own territory and allowing them to make certain interventions under the guise of fighting terrorism is clear and outright treason. What are foreign soldiers going to intervene in in Turkey?

If it is about fighting terrorism, we go ourselves. The terrorists did not attack you, they attacked me. You sent your children to the military with money, I did not send mine that way."

'AM I GOING TO TRUST YOU'

They say they will ask for the price of the US shooting down the SİHA (UAV). Tell that to someone else. Why did you send the priest? You handed over the priest, how am I going to trust you? Didn't you say 'I will not send him as long as this soul is in this body'? A threat came during the Jamal Khashoggi murder, and they handed the file over to Saudi Arabia. Am I going to trust you?

'WE WILL SEND THEM OUT OF THIS COUNTRY'

They put a sack over our soldiers' heads in Northern Iraq; didn't he say: 'What note, are we going to give a musical note?' They sold the Mavi Marmara for 20 million dollars. Don't we know these things? When you invite foreign soldiers, as all CHP members, we will stand against them and send them out of this country."
