Kılıçdaroğlu says nothing about Celal Adan's profanity in Parliament

CHP Chairman Kemal Kılıçdaroğluattended his final group meeting before the party convention. While Kılıçdaroğlu evaluated current events and expressed his reaction to the continued detention of Can Atalay, he did not say a single word regarding the profanity scandal that took place in Parliament.

KILIÇDAROĞLU REMAINED SILENT ON THE PROFANITY IN PARLIAMENT

Speaking at his group meeting today, MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli defended MHP Deputy Speaker of Parliament Celal Adan, who called HEDEP Ağrı MP Sırrı Sakık a "pimp" stating, "His accurate words are our words as well."

HEDEP Co-Chair Tuncer Bakırhan responded to the MHP leader by saying "He is threatening, and that is not enough, he is defending Celal Adan. Know your place. You may have mafias behind you, but we have the people behind us"came the response. Kılıçdaroğlu, however, did not include the issue on his agenda.

CRITICISM OF THE COURT OF CASSATION

Reacting to the Istanbul 13th High Criminal Court's decision to send the file to the Court of Cassation to evaluate the Constitutional Court's ruling, Kılıçdaroğlu claimed,The Court of Cassation made a decision based on instructions." he alleged.

Kılıçdaroğlu's statements are as follows:

''In the first days of the second century of the Republic, being one, being together, and giving warm messages suits the Republican People's Party best. We reached 10 million of our citizens during the celebrations. I would like to thank all my fellow mayors here for making us experience this excitement. Our celebrations will continue throughout the year. We marched to Anıtkabir and all our people were there. 1 million 182 thousand citizens visited Anıtkabir. We are now at a point where no power can hinder the Republic and democracy.

All the commanders came from the battlefields. We didn't even have an independent Central Bank. The Central Bank was established in 1930. After the National War of Independence, they fought so as not to bow down to anyone. They prioritized economic development, education, and poverty.

HE COMMEMORATED İNÖNÜ

Kılıçdaroğlu commemorated the former Deputy Prime Minister and SHP Chairman Erdal İnönü on the anniversary of his death. The CHP leader said,It is the anniversary of Erdal İnönü's death. He was a scientist and a politician. We remember him with mercy and respect. he said.

"HOW RIGHT IS IT TO FIT THE REPUBLIC INTO THE LAST 20 YEARS?"

Stating, "What kind of Republic? The Republic wants generations with free ideas, free conscience, and free wisdom," Kılıçdaroğlu said the following:

How right is it to squeeze a 100-year-old Republic into the last 20 years? How can you ignore Turkey, which established its aircraft factory in 1927? How can you ignore the Soil Products Office (TMO) and TARİŞ? The person at the very top, who governs the state today, described his own era.

The Republic of Turkey paid off the Ottoman Empire's debts down to the last penny while struggling with poverty. They did not beg anyone for growth and development. These people, however, go door to door wondering who they can get a few pennies from. Is this something to beg or plead for? Those who founded the Republic fought against corruption. These people, on the other hand, passed laws to prevent the fight against corruption.

''I DO NOT THINK ERDOĞAN IS SINCERE REGARDING FAITH EITHER''

''They do not give low-interest loans to the poor. They give low-interest loans to those who lean on the palace. I do not think Erdoğan is sincere regarding faith either. If he were sincere, he would think of the poor. When budgets are prepared, allocations are determined. There is an increase in every expenditure, but two allocated funds have not been used at all. The first is related to the families of martyrs and veterans. Why are they cutting costs at the expense of the families of martyrs and veterans? Families of martyrs and veterans; one day you shower them with praise. They trample on your rights, and you shower them with praise again. This brother of yours defends your rights, yet you do not come and provide enough support. But I will still defend your rights. We have never feared or shied away from a righteous struggle. Our foreheads are clear. Whether it is a lynching attempt or an attack by a terrorist organization. A martyr is our martyr, a veteran is our veteran.''

THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT'S CAN ATALAY DECISION

The decision taken by the Constitutional Court was published in the Official Gazette. Who will implement the Constitution and judicial decisions? What is a member of the Human Rights Commission doing in prison?

They are committing a crime. And they think this is democracy in their own way.

Reacting to the court's decision, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "He is elected as an MP, yet he is still inside. Why is he inside? Despite the Constitutional Court having previous precedent-setting rulings, it made a decision under instruction. This person is not our MP, he is an MP from another party. The CHP has a characteristic: wherever there is an injustice, CHP members stand by them like a rock." he stated.

REACTION TO ERDOĞAN'S RALLY

Criticizing AKP President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's 'Great Palestine Rally,' Kılıçdaroğlu said,"The gentleman held a rally. You are not the opposition, you are the government. What are you doing at a rally! The Felicity Party held one, the Future Party held one. If you are the opposition, then hold your rally, hand over the government to us, and you will see how the Palestine issue is solved then."" he stated.

Speaking about the 38th Ordinary Congress to be held on November 4-5, Kılıçdaroğlu said, "We will hold a beautiful and enjoyable congress, we will hold a congress in peace, we will hold a congress together in a festive atmosphere" he said.
